Just because he didn't get to have a party with friends, Buddy was not deprived of birthday celebration. There were pancakes for breakfast, presents and dinner at CiCi's. Here are some pictures from the day he turned eight.
As I said before, Buddy chose to go to CiCi's Pizza for dinner on his birthday. It certainly is his kind of place: unlimited pizza and brownies, TV everywhere you look (usually broadcasting some type of sporting event - that night it was baseball), and a game room. The snow jet game was particularly fun. Cold air blew in your face and the seat rumbled and vibrated. Buddy drove like a mad man - we all loved it!
