Sugar Snow

If you've read Little House in the Big Woods you'll remember the story of the girls and their cousins making maple candy. They pour hot syrup onto plates of snow and it cools into soft, chewy candy. Since we got another 7 inches of snow this week (!) we warmed up some syrup and gave it a shot.
