This was our year for a BIG vacation - Disney World and the beach! We had a great time, and, with the exception of a little more rain than we would have liked, couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. Here are some photo highlights from the trip: 
The main pool at Carribean Beach (our resort) had some fun waterslides. If you look closely, you can see Buddy's head surfacing near the bottom of the slide. (I tried all week to get a good shot of one of them coming down the slide. No success.)

Day 2: Some shots from Animal Kingdom (none of us had ever been there before, so it was a new experience) Under this tree we saw a 3D movie about bugs that was so realistic, both of my older children made me promise they would never have to see it again!
Of course, there were lots of animals to see - Boo's favorites were the pink birds. "Look! More pink birds!"
The Lion King show was great, with lots of gymnasts and aerialists and some wonderful singers
Time for some rides and games! (I didn't get a shot of our favorite ride, the Kali River Rapids because, as the name implies, there was too much water involved for me to even think about getting my camera out. We rode it three times.)
The bird show - be amazed that I went to see it! They had birds flying over our heads! (I'm sure Buddy would want me to add that just before this photo was taken, the eagle relieved himself all over the stage. Lovely.)
For some reason, Boo was enamored with Chip and Dale. After we took this picture, we had a hard time getting him to leave.

You mean that the eagle went to the bathroom on the stage? Boss would want you to put that up there!
