One of the great things about homeschooling is that you set your own schedule and organize your day in the way that works best for your family. One of the hardest things about homeschooling is that you set your own schedule and organize your day in the way that works best for your family. Some days it can be frustrating. But when it's good - it's good! Like when my 7yo boy snuggles up to me on the couch as we read about the Pilgrims. Or when my then-3mo would fall asleep in my arms while sister and I did math. Or when my daughter asks, "Is it OK if I read more than I'm assigned? I'm just so into this book!" Or scenes like this photo - just being together.
